The location was marvellous, close to Bellagio Port. The hotel was in a shopping area, not far from the botanical gardens and all the shops restaurants and three restaurants. The rooms were functional & neat, the decoration was bright. Liked view of mountain.

We booked guest room, it had basic facilities you could ask for: central heating, an electronic key card and television. The excellent service and the attention to detail!

Fine rooftop terrace, Unique garden area, Centrally located in Bellagio
The walls are so thin. Noise from neighbors disrupted sleep!!! The shower pressure was inconsistent!!! There's no bar, which limits evening relaxation options!!!

Had a fun group trip with friends! We loved checking out the beautiful lake promenade, visiting the botanical gardens and heading over to the historic villa gates. The hotel's location is perfect for these activities. The breakfast was great, and the staff were really helpful, especially with parking arrangements.
My room didn't have a bar fridge, a bit surprising and inconvenient for keeping drinks cool.

Location is spot on, just two minutes from the water. Breakfast spot offers plenty of sunlight and a nice atmosphere, perfect for a pleasant start to the day.
Rooms feel a bit cramped, especially after lugging bags up 63 steps. Trust me, take your time on those steep cobblestone paths. The mattress has definitely seen better days-springy and not the most supportive, which can be a bummer after a long day of adventures. Ambient noise becomes an issue. The hotel sits right in the bustle of the village. Expect late-night clatter from nearby establishments as things quiet down only by bedtime. A fridge could've been handy for cold drinks, especially in hot weather.

Charming moments in Bellagio
Waking up to the tranquil sounds of nature in the lovely garden was magical. The breakfast spread was good, with freshly baked pastries and cheerful staff who reminded me of family.
Be prepared for a bit of a trek up the stairs from the ferry. The mattress was slightly firmer than I prefer, but it didn't ruin the experience.
